Police Seek Community Support to Enhance Peacekeeping Efforts During Easter
AIG FCID ANNEX LAGOS CALLS FOR NATIONAL COOPERATION AND MUTUAL RESPECT IN EASTER MESSAGE
LAGOS, NIGERIA —
The Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) Lagos Annex, AIG Simeon Udofia Akpanudom, psc, fdc, mspsp, MNIM, has issued a formal call for national unity and support for law enforcement during the Easter season.
In a statement released to commemorate the holiday, AIG Akpanudom urged all Nigerians to actively partner with the Police in ongoing peacekeeping efforts across the federation. He emphasized that security is a collective responsibility and that community support is vital for maintaining law and order.
"I urge Nigerians to support the Police in our peacekeeping efforts," stated AIG Akpanudom. "Let moderation and mutual respect for others be exercised to enhance sustainable peace, harmony, and true security in our communities."
