FCT POLICE TO CONDUCT COMBAT DRILLS AT DEI-DEI, CAUTION RESIDENTS AGAINST PANIC




The FCT Police Command wishes to inform members of the public that officers of the 44 Police Mobile Force (PMF) Squadron will be conducting combat drills and training exercises on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the Police K9/Shooting Range Facility in Dei-Dei, Abuja.

Residents of the area and its environs are hereby advised not to panic upon hearing sounds of gunfire during the exercise, as it is part of routine operational training.

The Command further urges members of the public to keep off the training range and its immediate surroundings throughout the exercise period, as live ammunition will be used.
The cooperation and understanding of all residents are greatly appreciated.

Force CID Annex Alagbon Committed To Unraveling Viral Egbeda Incident, Assures Victims, Nigerians of Swift Justice, Restored Fund As Investigation Commences By our correspondence  The Nigeria Police, Force CID Annex, Alagbon, Lagos has reacted to viral online news report making the rounds about some officers under its watch who were allegedly involved in human rights violation of a Nigerian and NGN 2 million extortion from the same person. The person's victimization story was published on Oni Foto Facebook page and also circulated by the Take It Back movement on Twitter. The victim accused the officers of physically assaulting him and teargassing his wife who was also present at the incident.
