LAGOS STATE TASKFORCE LAUNCHES 24/7 PUBLIC COMPLAINT HOTLINES

In line with the Agency’s statutory responsibilities as enshrined under Chapter E6, Section 4, Subsection (1) of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Law and the Transport Sector Reform Laws of 2018, which empower the Agency to enforce compliance on issues relating to poor sanitary conditions, environmental vices, degradation, and traffic violations, the Lagos State Taskforce has introduced dedicated public complaint hotlines.

The initiative which complements the Agency’s “See Something, Say Something” whistle-blowing and feedback mechanism is also designed to strengthen community engagement and enhance response effectiveness.

With the launch of these 24/7 Complaint Hotlines, members of the public can now speak directly with the top management of the Agency to report cases such as security threats, traffic violations, environmental degradation, street blockages, and other related concerns.

The public is hereby encouraged to make use of the following hotlines for prompt response and effective action:
📞 0913 755 5111
